ECOWICE team has organized a meeting with the village council to discuss the establishment of Community Based Forest Management (CBFM). Through this meeting, various issues regarding conservation and utilization of village forests were addressed, which sensitized the committee to call for CBFM. The committee agreed to call the village assembly that will allow the development of the CBFM plan and formulate a new village natural resource committee.
